Don't the girls look patriotic in their precious dresses, a gift from some of their favorite friends, Jay and Colleen. They wore these for dinner, to meet Aunt Joy and Uncle Duane, and for our trip to the oceanfront for the girls' first fireworks display. The girls enjoyed the fireworks, but Mama was somewhat surprised that they seemed a bit underwhelmed by the show, perhaps we were a little distant.
