Saying Good Bye is so hard

Kimberly, my "niece" - really the daughter of my berry best friend in the whole wide world, Deedlebug - came down from PA and spent the week with us. She stayed with the girls for part of a couple days this week while I transitioned a bit back to work for my last month of my contract. The girls loved her and seeing her go resulted in a tearful ride home from the airport for Nebyat (Jetu was sleeping at the time of drop-off).

My parents arrived Thursday night and are staying at an efficiency apartment at the oceanfront for the month of October. They'll help us get through this last push for my work project which will wrap up at the end of October. I will then have 5-6 months off before having to make a decision about future work projects.

Bye, Kimberly. Thank you for coming on short notice and being so sweet to the girls. We will all miss you!
