Still waiting for that state authenticated cover letter, and in the meantime, the agency has indicated we also must send 4 passport photos of each of us in a white envelope with the dossier. I guess we'll get on that tomorrow. It's so exciting to start thinking about the next phase of our process, the identification of our children and then, referral.
They're starting to staff the orphanage in E-Country and they'll start relocating children to their temporary home soon - that's very exciting, too!
