Future temporary home of our children

We've been informed by our agency that when we accept our referral, our children will be moved to an orphanage sponsored by the agency in the capital city of E-Country. They will be well cared for there, and our updates and information will be more reliable than otherwise might have been the case. Additionally, it will limit our required travel while in country, keeping us safer and making the trip less stressful. We will, of course, be charged a relatively small monthly fee for the care provided to the children.

I am trying to visualize Gigs and I walking through these gates in the very near future and the joy that we will feel when we meet our little ones for the first time. These pictures helped with that visualization. The orphanage will be able to house up to 60 children and the agency is just now starting the renovation and equipping of the space after having received approval. I think this might be a place we are drawn back to through the years, as well.

Just waiting on the state authentication of our powers of attorney and one reference letter from our pastor, and we're good to go. We'll be doing some online education courses this weekend and starting our psych eval on Monday at lunch!
